Do you accept insurance?

Yes! We are currently in-network with Anthem, Aetna, and Cigna. Coverage varies depending on your specific plan, so we recommend contacting us to verify your benefits before scheduling. If your plan is not in-network, we also offer out-of-network services and provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. We’re happy to help answer questions about coverage or out-of-pocket costs.
What conditions do you treat?

We treat a range of psychiatric conditions including ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, sleep disorders and women’s mental health concerns such as PMDD and postpartum-related symptoms.
What can I expect during my first visit?

The initial evaluation is a comprehensive appointment (typically 60–90 minutes) where we review your history, current symptoms, and goals. From there, we develop a personalized treatment plan.
